Dr Aruna Shekar

Aruna Shekar is a multi-award-winning educator having got a gold medal for her Master’s degree and several “Best Teacher” awards from students.

She has won an award for her poem at the recent International Contest called ‘Search for Excellence’ by Katha publishers (India). It is about the experiences of two furry friends - a dog and a cat. Her books are entertaining, uplifting and educational.

Her studies in Psychology, and Product Innovation, 25+ years of teaching experience and extensive travels enrich her writing. She has lived and worked with children in India, Australia and New Zealand for many years.
